Hot Tub Guide

Herons Lake Retreat 

We’ve put together everything you might need to know on our luxury outdoor hot tubs.

We are a quiet and peaceful site, when using your hot tub please be respectful of your neighbours – no loud music or noise outside at any time, especially between 9.30pm and midnight (tubs should not be used after midnight).

All tubs are serviced twice every day between 7.00am – 4.00pm. If you have a 10am check-out, the hot tub maintenance team will begin emptying the hot tub from 9.30am to ensure it is ready for the next guests. We will always aim to get your hot tub ready for you on arrival, however, please allow us up to one hour after your check-in time.

Please do no sit, walk or lie on the hot tub lids as this may cause damage and may result in a charge.
